WHAT DOES FRT FOR SALE MEAN?

I've tried using many unique forced reset triggers, starting off with rare breeds initial. Once the ATF started knocking on doorways even though, I disassembled it, grinded it up and tossed it in the trash as I did not need to have any drama from the legally purchased trigger.
